The Airbnb listing video system

Cinematic listing media for short-term rentals, made remotely from the host’s phone photos

Hosts pay thousands for professional listing photos and video. This generates both from the photos they already have on their phone — enhanced stills, a 20-second cinematic listing video, and a walkthrough tour — without ever visiting the property. $500 to $2,500 per property.

The offer

What the host is actually buying

Cinematic listing videos, enhanced photos, and luxury 3D-style tours for Airbnb and short-term-rental hosts. Better listings book more nights, so it pays for itself for the host quickly.

You never visit the property. They send phone photos; everything else happens remotely.

The system

Four steps, none of them on site

1

Collect the raw photos

A handful of decent iPhone photos is enough. Ask for wide shots of each main room, plus any standout feature — the view, the pool, the kitchen.

2

Enhance and generate

Connect Claude to the Higgsfield MCP and run the generation prompt below. One pass produces the enhanced stills, the listing video, and the walkthrough.

3

Package the deliverable

Eight to twelve enhanced photos, one 20-second listing video, one walkthrough tour. Clean and ready to upload to Airbnb with no further work.

4

Price and sell

$500 to $2,500 per property depending on how much is included. Ten good clients is a six-figure business.

Step 2

The generation prompt

Run against the host’s raw photos with the Higgsfield MCP connected.

Here are photos of a short-term rental. Do three things:
1. Enhance each photo: fix lighting, straighten, make it look bright and clean
   without looking fake.
2. Generate a 20-second cinematic listing video: slow pans across the best
rooms, warm inviting tone, gentle music-ready pacing, vertical 9:16.
3. Create a smooth walkthrough-style tour that flows room to room.
Keep it realistic. It has to match the actual property.
Step 4

The outreach prompt

Lead with a free enhanced photo of one of their rooms — that is what closes deals.

Find 30 Airbnb or short-term-rental hosts I can reach (property managers,
local listings, host Facebook groups in [area]). Draft a short DM: one line on
the result (more bookings from better photos and a cinematic video), one line
that it's done remotely from their phone photos, and a soft ask to send a free
sample enhance of one room.
When it underperforms

Four failures and their fixes

SymptomThe fix
Photos look fakeTell it “keep it realistic, just fix lighting and straighten, no fake windows or furniture.”
Video does not matchOnly generate motion from their real photos, and say “don’t invent rooms that aren’t in the source.”
No repliesYou pitched instead of showing. Send the free room enhance first.
Host wants editsRegenerate the one clip or photo and keep the style note identical.
i
Rule of thumb

Send one free enhanced room photo before you pitch anything.
